The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) announced that it has signed its first education partner in the Irish market. IBAT College Dublin, which is considered Ireland’s leading enterprise-focused third level institute, will deliver classroom-based digital marketing courses from the DMI, starting in September 2015. The move allows the DMI to focus on further extending the reach of its certification internationally, which has seen a 135 per cent growth in revenue in a year.
Anthony Quigley, Co-Founder and Director of the Digital Marketing Institute, said: “Our domestic and international growth has surpassed all expectations. To best service the Irish market we are replicating what we do in the other 70 countries in which we operate, by appointing a licence partner to deliver local classroom training and focusing our resources on the quality of our product and certification.
“IBAT College Dublin is a world-class provider that offers the highest quality education and equips students with the professional knowledge and skills they need to progress and stay ahead in their chosen career.”
Shane Ormsby, Director of IBAT College Dublin said: “We are delighted to partner with the Digital Marketing Institute to deliver its courses in Dublin city centre. DMI accredited courses ensure that students receive a high quality and, importantly, relevant digital marketing education.”
To date over 10,000 people in 70 countries have graduated with a DMI qualification – making it the most widely taught digital marketing qualification in the world.
